Regal Cast
Steel Foundry Sand Castings
Providing quality sand castings since 1989, Regal Cast, Inc. is a foundry that is able to pour a wide variety of ferrous and nonferrous castings, weighing from 10 to 12,000 pounds. The 7-ton AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) vessel enhances and refines alloy quality.

Before the pouring process begins, Regal Cast’s experienced team is able to work closely with the customer on design engineering. Patterns are made and purchased locally, and the molding process is optimized to provide the customer with a better value.

Alloy content is tested constantly through the melting process so that it is compliant with customer requirements.

This foundry is one of the last sand foundries opened in the country, and is located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
