Looking for a foundry, upgrade or machining opportunity in central Pennsylvania? Check out our career possibilities listed below:

 Welder (PRL) – MIG, TIG and Stick Welding to ASME and Military Specifications. X-Ray quality welds required. Ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Grinding of castings as required.
 Induction Melter / Pourer (Regal) - Induction furnace melting for steel. Bottom and side pouring experience desirable.  Knowledge of induction furnace maintenance desirable. Refractory knowledge desirable. Prefer steel foundry experience but will train the right person. Computer proficient.

 Grinder (PRL) - Grinding of steel castings, outside and inside. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to operate equipment and stand for long periods of time. Will train.

 Molder / Utility Worker (Regal) - Molder for chemically bonded / no-bake molding system. Other duties include working with refractory sand reclamation, mold closing, and other general foundry work as needed.  Experience a plus, but will train the right applicant.

 Carbon Arc / Burner Operator (PRL) - Previous experience in carbon arc or powder burning. Knowledge of welding helpful in training to our needs. General foundry or steel foundry experience preferred.

 QC Inspector (PRL and LTC) - Non-Destructive Testing (NDE/NDT) utilizing Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Liquid Penetrant (LP), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Visual Testing (VT) as well as Dimensional verifications.

 Radiographer (PRL) - Set up and perform radiography of nuclear and military castings.


 Manual Machinist (LTC) - Set up and operations of multiple types of manual machining equipment. Experience in manual machining of castings and forgings up to 12,000 lbs. for high specification finished components. Experience in dimensional inspection and layout desirable. Able to work any shift is highly preferred.

 CNC Machinist (LTC) - Experience with operating 4 axis horizontal machining centers and vertical milling machines and/or 2 axis lathes. Experience with set-ups and minor program edits. Some ability to program 2 Axis Lathes, 3 Axis and 4 Axis Mills highly preferred. Experience with high specification components - defense, nuclear and complex commercial work. Knowledge of the cutting tool technologies and applications. Knowledge of machining castings, forgings, exotic cast and wrought materials such as high alloy corrosion resistant stainless steels, high Nickel alloys, Titanium, etc.

 FINISH GRINDER / RECEIVING-SHIPPING CLERK (LTC) - Experience in finish grinding, deburring threads, blending castings, etc. Experience in receiving/shipping operations. General knowledge of machining is a major plus. Drill press and band saw operation is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.

 Maintenance/Utility (LTC) - General inside/outside maintenance; assisting with machine maintenance. Painting, carpentry experience desired. May assist in receiving/shipping operations. Background / knowledge of machining would be helpful. Willing to train the right candidate.

  Industrial Maintenance (PRL) - The successful candidate should have knowledge/experience in metals manufacturing within a foundry, metals processing/casting upgrade operations, and machining.  Experience in mechanical / facilities / electrical (480V/3PH) maintenance-preferably in a manufacturing environment with preventative maintenance experience.  A driver’s license is required.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, knowledge of PLCs and programming, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and competent computer skills.
